Last night we finished installing the new airride set-up in Jeroen Leenders his bi-turbo 6N, and started playing some with it :mrgreen:

It's indeed the most modded 6N and the most powerfull 6N for as far as I know. In a nutshell it's a 1.8 20v with 2 MHI 16T turbo's, ITB's, and lots of custom work done on the engine. Last run on the dyno produced a little over 530 BHP, but that was without the VVT working, nor his new exhaust manifolds and the wastegates not being controlled properly (too low boost). New manifolds are on, boost-regulation/wastegate issue is handled now with some mod's and the VVT is programmed into the stand-alone motormanagement now, so he's hoping for a bit more in the range of 550BHP for the next dyno-session.

Jarno, it may not really be the most powerful 6N as there's a guy in Romania who actually has a 900BHP 6N TDI Bimoto, however it definitely is the most impressive one :) With all the work - 6N2 bumpers, R8 seats, TT dashboard and of course the engine, wheels, suspension, there is no other 6N that would be this advanced :)

So now I know ;-) never heard of that car, is it roadlegal as well? Any pics/video's of it? Guessing he put a second engine in the boot?

But that's a Polo 2, not a 6N? Justice mentioned a 6N.

Found him! Thanks Skfarek! But that doesn't look like it's roadlegal at all, well, it will not be roadlegal in Holland that's for sure :lol: crazy dieselsmoke! :bow:

Just a cool video I remembered, in 2009 Jeroen's Polo still had it's previous colour, but already 480 BHP with the first bi-turbo set-up. In 2009 we went to VAG-Fest, a weekend VW event in Belgium, and Jeroen couldn't let it to fire up his launch-control function on his stand-alone motormanagement. Firing up the launch control while standing still drew a huge crowd from all over the camping ground, and I made this little film. Please forgive me if my filming hand isn't steady, but we already had some beers that evening :amen:
